The client, a start-up personal lines insurance company catering to the millennial market, chose the firm to assist them in creating a space to help them recruit and retain the very best young talent in a hot job market. The client markets themselves as a more personalized insurance brand and wanted a space that reflected their family atmosphere to their employees so that they, in turn, could reflect that care to their customer base.
We focused on authenticity, allowing the personality of the client to be a part of the space. Special attention was paid to the high finish recruiting spaces without sacrificing the fun and functional nature of the main call floors. Each employee has a little more personal space than is typically provided in a call center environment, reflecting how important each employee is to the success of the company overall and allowing the client to offer something a little different to employees who have interviewed at other larger insurance companies in the area.
