The end user’s Headquarters was designed to provide a number of both individual and collaborative workpoints, from formal corporate boardrooms to small informal touchdown areas and individual workstation. Each is designed with a direct exposure to natural light and a connection to the greater whole. Workpoint connectivity and natural light, improve the interactive employee workflow and an overall sense of well-being. Color, form and floor patterning, are developed in a way to form a connection between all staff regardless of title, and form a link between multiple floors. Designed to accommodate a total of 270 Executive to Entry Level staff, the design vocabulary shapes a crisp, sophisticated work environment for all members of the team.

The project creates a built workplace environment designed to span and balance the work habits of a Multi-Generational Workforce. Programmed to meet the needs and individuality of Baby Boomers, Gen X’s, and Millennials, various touchdown and meeting areas are designed to accommodate collaboration, and interaction of all staff utilizing their various strengths. From, private offices and workstations, to sit-down “plaza’s” and indoor “courtyards” connected by a “flowing river” of floor patterning, there are a range of various/ flexible work spaces, each connected through the interior architecture.
