The client is a professional, standardized and international information service enterprise group with “technology + service” as its core competitiveness. Upholding the strategic mission of becoming the leader of China’s modern information service industry, it focuses on the research and development of intelligent technologies and products, and is widely used in intelligent transportation, smart security and other cities in various fields; using smart technology to change the world and make the city positively change, the design atmosphere of the headquarters needs to move forward, and become a first-class building of a world-class leader in smart technology. The first building of the client uses its own headquarters building, which is designed from the site selection, overall scale, functional requirements and corporate development of the building. First, the overall design starts with the floor plan, taking into account the future development of the company’s internationalization: the first floor is the reception lobby and multimedia exhibition hall; the third floor is a multi-functional meeting floor; the fourth to seventh floors are standard office floors; the eighth floor is the executive office floor. According to the client’s internal employee age survey, employees tend to be younger, so the overall design style focuses on youthful vitality, bright and spacious modern design atmosphere, and breaks the traditional conservative model. In line with the international business development of the company, the lobby design of the building creates a world-class sense of science and technology and reflects the American “Silicon Valley” design atmosphere that young technology professionals are excited about. The lobby ceiling ribbon imitates pop art (Pop Art) and expresses itself from the inner garden to the interior to the outside (Inside-Out). Implicit in the cause Dapeng spread its wings and flew out of the world to create a better performance for the future and once again become an international company with influential power in the world economy. Four to seven floors are used as standard layers, and the total number of future expansion offices has been set aside to accommodate 1,500 people; according to the standard per capita office space, the overall layout is rationally allocated to public spaces, conference rooms, offices, mobile office space, collaborative space, and leisure space. As an example, the new building adopts a standard office desk spacing of 2,000 mm to maintain the comfort of individual employees. At the same time, it also increases the team’s communication and creates a very efficient space. The open office layout model enhances communication between teams and also maintains seats. Personal space The overall supporting design of the standard office layer and the four-layered standard office layer are coherent together; it is beneficial to the future internal collaboration and communication of the respective subsidiaries, improve the work efficiency of colleagues, enhance the cohesion between the group and its subsidiaries, and actively create better performance. The overall design style is high-end, youthful, and meets the functional needs and future development of the departments. It is deliberately arranged that the fourth and fifth floors uses corporate brand colors, orange as the main color, and the sixth and seventh floors use the client’s future brand colors. Blue is the main tone. The office space that has been successfully used for many times is in the open office space, the use of standard bench distances, the expansion of office desks, the enhancement of space flexibility, and the use of different styles of carpets to deduce space functions; Party A selects international brand Shaw Contract rugs, is a fashion, front-end design of high-quality products, from the style, color and other advantages in all directions are in line with the client’s high-end corporate image; more conducive to highlighting the international brand of Party A culture, enhance the harmony of the overall design. The design concept and style of the President and Vice President’s office are the same as those of the open office area. The integrated design is conducive to creating a harmonious atmosphere between senior management and employees, enhancing the spirit of cooperation, and giving employees a sense of belonging. The client hopes to work under the efforts of the designers; it will continue the international corporate culture and the spirit of innovation.
