The client’s expectation was to build a unique workplace reflecting the pride of being a Vietnamese holding No.1 position in FMCG industry in Vietnam. With an ambitious team of game-changers with desire, passion for growth and ambition to everyday improve consumers’ physical & spiritual lives who inspire; the client looked-for a consumer-centric design and a working place that would further enhance team bonding & connection so that everyone could maximize their strengths and potential to serve Vietnamese consumers. The firm’s team has come up with the concept of Town – which creates a friendly working environment that allows staff to have a sense of becoming citizens. It also contributes to the company’s success with pride and ownership as well allowing employees to find joy at work. The town is featured with signatures: Central market, Park and Square designed with various social hubs, open discussion allowing employees to simply take a break or flexibly refresh working environments. Crosswalk is particularly highlighting across the office along with some local touches in lightings, ceilings and columns by bamboo materials. Branding elements are applied by colors in carpet, furniture and warm lighting system throughout the office; which all helps to deliver an inspiring and productive working environment.
