This project emerges as an extension of the main offices of the end user, which were designed by the firm two years ago; the challenge was to keep the same look but with a lower budget, in order that the user does not feel uncomfortable for being in the “back office”. So that, as part of the innovative vision of the end user, in this project we have incorporated spaces that are not only functional, but also welcoming and flexible. Through this design we encourage collaboration and creativity, providing the end user with spaces to interact with each other in a meaningful way. In addition, we know that people are healthier and happier when they feel connected to nature so we have incorporated the principle of biophilic design, which incorporates elements of the natural world in the construction environment; in this case we have incorporated indoor gardeners as part of the design. The users are extremely satisfied with this new way of working and ensure that the new space promotes interaction in an important way, generating greater efficiency and better results.

In this Project we have adopted the Workplace 360 concept, which basically refers to not having assigned work places (free address) including the directors of the firm. Within the space, there are areas such as a wide and avant-garde reception, open workstations, Office for a Day, which are offices that can be rented for a day or a few hours according to the needs of the user without meaning that It is an assigned space. There are also different types of environments that the user can choose depending on the activities to be carried out and their personal way of working as telephone rooms, meeting rooms and a central coffee area that also works perfectly as a work area offering the user the possibility to change of stage. The space is divided by zones or “neighborhoods” as they are called in the project, which correspond to the different areas of work and services that the end user has. By dividing each of these neighborhoods, there is a casual coalition area, which serves as a support for informal meetings or simply to take a call and change the environment. Regarding the finishes and color scheme of the project, mainly neutral tones were used in both carpets and walls and panels and touches of color and graphics were inserted that correspond to the corporate colors of the company such as orange and green, providing the user a pleasant atmosphere.
