In pursuit of their vision to be a New Generation Digital Champion by 2020, the client quickly adapts to change and positions its business model to capitalise on developments of an increasingly digitalised world whilst piecing together the best in the region in terms of innovation, connectivity and talent. Recognizing that change begins within, the client set forth a new standard for their workplace; to be a Modern, Agile, and Digital driven corporation, a directive for all future developments within the company and its subsidiaries. The change called for better workplace efficiency, and more brand exposure to take advantage of the client’s bold and vibrant brand identity. Selective public spaces within the corporate headquarters and adjacent tower with crucial points of contact became the canvas for this project.
Taking away redundant and confining walls, we gave better visual and audio connectivity at the headquarters ground and mezzanine floors, allowing a better flow of various touchdowns within the space. This also encouraged users to explore and navigate the space according to their desired activity, hence creating healthier moving culture amongst staff and visitors. Now that a full-fledged kitchen was in place, the experience centre became even more multifunctional, with meeting suites, work lounges, and a rebranded café serving meals all day, giving the ability to host events and town halls comfortably.
